Supported devices

Build on my computer. Run it on my devices.

Apps are composed from Hype Apps' built-in native components, drawn by Flutter on each device. This page tracks where the Hype Apps app is out (and since when), where my own builds can go, and what's next. Nothing here is listed as live unless it's in a store now.

Where I build

Shipyard is the editor with live previews; the hype CLI is for AI coding agents. Both are in beta (0.9).

Not possible today

Apple Watch Not possible

Flutter can't target watchOS, so Hype Apps can't draw there.

Apple TV Not possible

Flutter has no tvOS target today.

Where else Flutter reaches

Flutter draws on more than phones. These aren't supported by Hype Apps today; they're here so it's clear what the engine underneath could reach.

Embedded Linux Not supported today

Single-board computers like the Raspberry Pi, and kiosk screens.

Cars Not supported today

Android Automotive dashboards.
